Good decision! Take a look at any top marketer on the internet and they probably have a blog. The reason they are successful is not normally because of the company they have chosen, but because they have branded themselves as a leader, and have become the go-to person in their niche. When someone finds them on the internet, they generally want to work with that person.
It’s called attraction marketing.
No matter what your business is, a blog is a powerful tool to help you build your business all over the world. It’s a way to let people know who you are and what you offer. If you create a blog that brands you in your niche, and that is properly optimized for keywords, you can literally build your business from anywhere in the world.
Here is how it works:
1. You do a little keywords research in your niche to see what people are searching for.
2. You write articles around those keywords that give value to your perfect client. No selling. Just value based information.
3. You put a form on your blog giving something away for free that your perfect client would like.
4. Your perfect client does a google search and you pop up. They find your blog.
5. They fill in the form to get the free item you offer in exchange for their email address.
6. You follow up with more value based information through emails, and they get to know, like, and trust you over time.
7. They become your customer or business partner.

Counting Calories, Who Does that?
Who has time for that? Why waste my time with it? If you want to get to a healthy weight and maintain it you might want to start. If counting calories is a foreign practice for you, when you start it can be a serious wake up call. Consuming too many liquid calories can actually be hindering your weight loss efforts.Liquid calories can be a bigger problem for your weight loss than actual food. Calories in liquid form can add up quicker than you might think. One thing they don’t do, is fill you up and what does that lead to? Eating more calories and increasing your chances for weight gain.
It is all a matter of some simple math.
Here is something to think about. When you are working outside and sweating enough to fill a five gallon bucket in the summer heat, would it be more beneficial to drink a tall glass of water or soda? Water of course. Why? Because on average adult men and women are made up of around 60% water. The number is higher for kids. Your body is not around 60% soda. Soda doesn’t flow through your veins. Point made—hopefully point taken.
Something else to think about in regards to soda. A 12-ounce can of soda contains around 150 calories. A 20-ounce bottle of soda contains around 250 calories. If you drink a couple sodas per day, you are consuming a good chunk of your daily caloric intake just in liquids, not even food. Replacing soda with water allows you to eat more food. That sounds like a good idea to me.Just replacing soda with water will help you lose weight even if you don’t change anything else you eat. Cutting out sodas will dramatically decrease the amount of sugar you consume too. There is a connection between liquid calories and weight loss. You might be consuming too many liquid calories and not even know it. Do yourself a favor and get a glass of water and pass on the soda.
